Our Story
"Pet Gently was born out of love and necessity. When my Doberman, Haku (named after the Dragon in the film Spirited Away), started to develop a stiff leg at nearly two years old, I worried it was an early sign of arthritis. If this was appearing at such a young age, I feared it would only get worse.
Determined to find a solution to prevent further joint issues, I knew this could be critical to ensuring a long, happy life for Haku, especially as he aged.
After a vet visit, where I was advised to pay £500 just to get his leg scanned, I wanted to explore other options. This led me to the mysterious world of pet supplementation…
I examined over 20 different solutions and realized that most supplements were filled with unclear doses of key ingredients, genetically modified components, or harmful fillers like grains and sugars—which dogs can’t process like we can. Additionally, they often came in powders or tablets, which my fussy dog hated!
This got me thinking: why not create a brand that provides customers with exact doses of each ingredient, pure and transparent labeling, clear manufacturing practices and comes in a tasty & effective chew treat that dogs would love to eat?
As a fellow dog lover, I know how vital it is to keep our pets happy and healthy, so we can cherish every precious moment together. That’s why I created Pet Gently—to ensure our furry friends live their best lives, every day."

There are over 100,000 homeless dogs throughout the UK or in shelters looking for their forever home.
Maintaining these dogs is expensive and if there isn't enough budget a lot get euthanised if no one adopts them. That's why we donate meals for every autoship package we sell to do our small part in helping with this issue.
