Shipping:
We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour. If you choose a subscribe and save option then shipping is always FREE. Otherwise the cost is £2.99 per order.
Under normal circumstances, orders are processed within 24. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Money Back Guarantee
We are confident that our Joint Care Chews can help your dog feel more active and comfortable. That’s why we offer the 365 day results or money back guarantee: If you don’t see a visible difference in your dog’s flexibility and activity levels within 365 days of receiving the chews, contact us and we’ll give you your money back minus the shipping charges (£2.99). If you have unopened packets then we will request to arrange these to be sent back to us
Why do we offer a money-back guarantee?
We have 1000's of customers and know the difference our chews can make to most dogs which is why we offer such a strong guarantee. Most customers will see a difference between 3-6 weeks but if you don't we want to ensure that you haven't wasted any money on something that does not work for your dog.
How it works:

Try for 365 days – Give our Joint Care Chews a try, following the feeding directions provided. Dogs can show improvement in as little as 4 weeks, but for the full benefits, we recommend using the chews for a minimum period of 60-90 days.

See the difference – If you don’t see a visible difference in your dog’s flexibility and activity levels, we’ll be happy to refund your purchase.

Talk to us – Before we can process a refund, you’ll need to contact us within one week after the expiration of the 365 day period. Email our Customer Care Team at support@petgently.com, and we’ll ensure you’re using the product correctly or suggest alternatives if necessary.

Refund process – If you’ve been consistent with the chews and haven’t seen any benefits, after reaching out to us we will ask you to please follow our returns procedure. If you ordered several units of the same product, you’ll need to return any unused and sealed products to us, and we’ll refund you in full.

Customers must use the product daily for at least 60 days and follow recommended feeding directions.

Refunds are subject to discretion if we detect abuse of the policy. We reserve the right to end the Guarantee or change the conditions at any time.

To qualify for a refund and if you are still in possession of any unused and sealed products, please return them to us in line with our returns procedure, as this can help us understand why the product didn’t meet your expectations.
