If you would like to change the items in your subscription, then all you need to do is send us an email at support@petgently.com and we will get this updated within 24 hours.

Your autoship charge date will depend upon the date on which your purchase was made. As we provide tailored solutions depending on your dogs weight these are normally in monthly, quarterly or 6 month instalments depending on the option you select at checkout. We will always endeavour to take payment on the same day each month and will email you before any charges are made.

If you would like to change your subscription payment method then you can do so by contacting customer support via support@petgently.com, providing details of your request to change your subscription payment method.

Our accounts portal for subscribers will allow you to easily adjust shipping schedules and edit/cancel any of your subscriptions.

Once you’re logged in to the My Account page, you will find your currently active subscriptions. Click Edit Subscription on the one you would like to manage.

You can remove your add-ons at the top of your subscription settings, as well as change the frequency of your deliveries. To pause your subscription, click on the button next to ‘Pause subscription for a month’, this option will automatically reset after a month.

To cancel your subscription, go to the bottom of your subscription settings and choose ‘Cancel Your Deliveries’ under ‘Stop your regular deliveries’.

However, when you cancel your subscription, you’ll lose access to discounted products, free gifts, early access to new products, and, most importantly, your pet will stop their supplement intake! We do however understand that it is important to be able to cancel or amend your subscription at any time.
